SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Texsa understands your world and takes the best care to send you your ordered product at the soonest possible. We offer free shipping on all the orders placed from our website www.texsa.in
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. However, in some cases, Shipping and handling rates may be applicable based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
The ordered products are shipped to you within 7-10 working days from the date of order. However, during the time of festivals, sale or special circumstances, it may take longer.
One order can be shipped only to one address, which you will specify at the time of payment. In case you wish to ship the product to different addresses, you need to place separate orders accordingly.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day through reputed delivery partners.
While we shall attempt to ship all items bought though a single order together, in some cases it may not be possible due to different product sizes, characteristic, locations or availability.
All orders are shipped with a tax paid invoice from Texsa A virtual copy of the same will be mailed to your email id too.
A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting www.texsa.in
Return & Replacement Policy
Texsa understands how much you value your every purchase, and we commit to making your shopping experience with us as seamless & delightful as possible.
We assure you that all Texsa products are brand new and 100% genuine. Texsa products go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse.
It is suggested that the customer records a video while unboxing of the product so as to verify the product conditions during delivery.
If the packaging is tempered, the customer requires mentioning it on POD (Proof of delivery) and accept the product.

On-site service:
For all products with an Installation requirement click here, the customer needs to raise an installation request via customer support mail at support@texsa.com authorized Service Engineer shall fix up a time of meeting. Customer are advised not to open the product prior the service engineer visit.
For any products where installation is not required click here the customer need to raise a complaint (in case of damage / defective etc) Texsa engineer shall visit the customer registered premises for resolving the query
Off site service
For any damage / defective case the customer needs to share the unpacking video to support@texsa.com
Texsa Service team shall inspect the shared video & connect with the customer within 48-72 working hours for an resolution
Cancellation Policy
Terms of cancellation
A User is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to their dispatch from TEXSA
Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, should the User decide to cancel the purchase, the User can do so by referencing the unique order identification number received by the User and requesting TEXSA to process a cancellation by sending an email to support@texsa.com
In all events of cancellation prior to the dispatch of the purchased products, TEXSA shall initiate refunds in 7 to 10 business days from the date of return request ( it can take longer as it vary from bank to bank). Terms of cancellation.

Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, should the User decide to cancel the purchase, the User can do so by referencing the unique order identification number received by the User and requesting TEXSA to process a cancellation by sending an email to support@texsa.com
In all events of cancellation prior to the dispatch of the purchased products, TEXSA shall initiate refunds in 10 to 15 business days from the date of return request (it can vary as it depends upon bank to bank). All refund shall be subject the applicable charges as may be deducted by the user’s bank.
Cancellation request received after the product is dispatched will not be accepted.
Product Pricing
Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all the money received from the customer.
Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the website, the banks' applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction over this, and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
When viewing our product pages, the displayed price is the per-unit price for that product. We understand that some products may be sold in quantities greater than one. Therefore, the displayed price represents the cost per individual unit, allowing for easy comparison of products and different purchase options.
Our products are liable for GST in India.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of India. The parties to the dispute shall make all endeavors to settle their disputes amicably. If the parties are unable to settle their dispute amicably, the dispute shall be resolved as per applicable Law. The disputes shall be settled as per Laws of India and shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Courts of Kolkata.
